We believe that a geographically focussed approach, targeting the UK, the Nordics and Northern Europe, maximises our ability to harness investment opportunities.
We invest in strong management teams and at reasonable valuations in our chosen markets. Our comprehensive tool kit has no need for financial engineering and aggressive leverage as NWP does not rely on leverage to drive returns. This has meant that the lack of debt financing since the 2008 financial crisis has had limited impact upon the portfolio’s performance with companies turning to us for equity financing, based on our strong reputation for providing on-going expansion capital.
